Group Voicemail
Group voicemail makes teamwork easier. Instead of forwarding messages one by one, voicemails can be shared directly with specific group members. Everyone in the group can listen, reply, or stay in the loop without missing a thing.
Send Voicemails To Groups
No need to share the same message one by one. With VoIP Calling, you can create voicemail groups for different departments and send a single voicemail to everyone at once. Add or remove members anytime, and keep your whole team updated with just one message.
VoIP Voicemail Scenario in PBX
This voicemail group feature is a fail-proof communication tool to keep your employees abreast of every new update or information.
Let’s say you want to discuss something with a team member. You called that member, but the receiver wasn’t available then. So, you can simply drop a voicemail to hear that member back soon after listening to the message.
Thus, forwarding a voicemail keeps you connected with your team.
